Gearbox holder reinforcement gearbox mount suitable for BMW E36 body motorsport
These reinforcement plates are welded to the transmission mount of your BMW E36. This will prevent the body from tearing out. The sheets are installed at the point where the transmission bridge is screwed to the body.
The sheet is plasma cut from 3mm thick steel and can be welded to the subfloor without any problems, just please note the usual pre-treatment steps that you should do with every welded sheet.
After welding, we recommend that you seal the area again with paint and underbody protection to prevent rust from occurring.
