Unfortunately, rusted sills are standard in the BMW E46 series. We have specially made sill repair panels for this purpose
Our sheets are 130mm x 100mm with a recess for the jack holder.
If your sills are rusted through to a large extent, please feel free to send us a message and we can optionally make the sheets larger.
The panels are all exactly the same and it doesn't matter whether they are installed at the front or rear.
